Front Desk Situation

Bagi sesiapa yg bekerja di bahagian Front Desk mesti tahu mcm mana rasanya berdepan dgn customer setiap hari. Ada yg menyenangkan ada juga yg menyakitkan hati..

For me, aku dah berdepan dgn mcm2 kerenah manusia.. yg penting kita mesti kuat n tabah hati je.. Dah nak cari makan lah katakan.. Dan kuat tu bkn dari segi kuat fizikal je eh..mental pun mesti mau kuat..

Tambah2 pulak tempat aku keja ni customer tergolong dr org cina.. lagi la susah.. bkn susah dr segi apa.. susah dr segi percakapan dan ada la jugak dr segi lain.. tapi xberapa sesuai nak crita sgt...huhu..

Lagi susahnya kalau customer ada masalah, front desk lah menjadi tempat pertama utk melepaskan marah diorang.. mmg kena tahan telinga hari2... huhhh..

Antara situasi yg dpt aku gambarkan seperti di bawah.

Situation 1

Front Desk: Hi.. welcome to xxxx... May i help u sir? (harus ditanya dgn senyuman sambil menyambut kedatangan customer.. nak tahu apa yg dijawab??)
Old apek: Number..Number.. (ingat kita ni robot ke..)
Front Desk: What is it regarding sir? (sebelum kasi tiket utk number perlu ditanya dulu coz ada byk bahagian retail n service.. padahal tempat tiket tu kalau ikutkan diorang bleh amik sendiri.. tapi dah slalu sgt disalahgunakan.. dan sesetengah perkara tu perlu disetelkan kat front desk je.. hmm..nak tahu apa yg apek tu jawab lagi??)
Old apek: Number... number.. (Haiya.. apek ni mmg xpaham bahasa ke? Akhirnya terpaksa di list kan service yg ada..)
Front Desk: Yes sir..i know.. what is it about? is it about bill? or want to check outstanding only? or about phone setting? or u want to buy phone?
Old apek: payment..payment.. check bill.. detail bill.. (bleh pun ckp.ingatkan tahu sebut number je.. siapa yg robot sebenarnya ni? Huhh..)

Situation 2

Front Desk: Hi..Morning.. May i assist u miss? (seperti biasa kena la greet customer..)
Miss A: Mau tanya balang? (mm..cina lah katakan.. Hmm..ini satu fesyen lagi.. ingat tempat kita ni tempat lost n found ke...)
Front Desk: Mau tanya apa ye? psl bil ke psl phone setting ke bla bla bla....?? (seperti biasa kena list kan lagi...)
Miss A: Cina ada.. mau cari cina.. senang mau cakap.. tak tau cakap melayu.. (Aik..mcm gitu pulak.. abis tu bahasa apa yg dia cakap skrg ni?)
Front Desk: Takpa.. u bagitau dulu mau buat apa.. mau kasi nombor dulu.. nanti u bleh ckp sama cina aa..
Miss A: Mau tanya psl bil... psl apa ada caj byk sgt.. (Ha..bleh pun bagitau nak buat apa..)

Itu baru situasi yg menjadi agak kebiasaan bagi seorang front desk..
Byk lagi situasi yg perlu dihadapi oleh seorang front desk.. dari customer yg normal.. yg fussy.. ada jugak yg sarcastic... ada jugak yg nak kita setel apa2 benda on the spot..time2 tu jugak.. tak reti nak sabar langsung..haihh...

Tapi biasa la.. apa2 yg nak kena dulu..front desk la... next time aku kasi lagi situasi yg terpaksa dihadapi oleh front desk...huhu....

Pearl earring - Wah Chan

Sookaaa!!! huhu.. I love Wah Chan.. bknnya org eh tapi kedai emas Wah Chan tu... Jumaat lepas aku telah dpt sepasang subang mutiara dari Wah Chan secara PERCUMA.. Percuma ok.. xkena bayar satu sen pun..
